The hotel is conveniently located near the Riverwalk and has a nice breakfast variety. The bathroom cleanliness left a bit to be desired, as there were some maintenance issues. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

The room was a mess with stained sheets and unvacuumed floors. Plus, the receptionist was incredibly rude when we had issues with our parking pass. Definitely not a pleasant experience!

This place is super close to the Alamo and Riverwalk, which made it easy to walk around. The room was spacious and comfy, and the staff were really nice. There’s a little HEB right across the street, which was handy. Just a heads up, the elevator was pretty slow, so be prepared for that!

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge, assisting us in navigating the area. A fantastic location, just a ten-minute walk to major attractions. Free parking was a significant bonus. issues arose. The TV was nonfunctional, and the shower needed attention. The pool hours could be more accommodating, opening earlier would enhance the experience. We faced a leak late at night, forcing us to move rooms. This was disruptive and regrettably lacking a manager's oversight. Breakfast could use improvement—more options would be ideal. Despite these setbacks, I appreciate the comfortable stay and diligence of the staff. Attention to maintenance would elevate the experience immensely.

The staff greets you like you're family. The location is perfect for walking around to the sights and the breakfast gets the job done.

A microwave and a small fridge were very useful and in good condition. Temperature control was effective, keeping the environment just right. Noise levels were surprisingly low, allowing for a peaceful stay. the breakfast could use more variety for kids, with options like bacon and fresh fruit being missed. The location was ideal, within walking distance to key attractions, and the helpful staff made the experience even better.

Breakfast had potential, but I’d love to see healthier options. Some issues arose, like room mix-ups and a stuck elevator, but a sweet maintenance worker was the silver lining. A quick walk to the riverwalk and decent parking made it easy to explore. Just be wary of potential cleanliness issues, as I heard complaints about bugs. All in all, a solid experience with a few bumps along the way.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, especially John and Andrea at the reception. Our room was clean and had a microwave and fridge, perfect for families needing snacks.

The room was super spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after exploring! Check-in was a breeze, and the breakfast was a delicious start to my days. Loved being so close to the river and enjoying the outdoor pool!

We had a lovely stay at La Quinta! The room was spacious with all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom, including mini Dove shampoo and soap bars. there were a few areas that could be improved. For instance, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea, in addition to the coffee machine. it would have been convenient to have a restaurant on-site or at least some tea and coffee available in the afternoon. It took over 45 minutes to check in, which was a bit frustrating.

clean and spacious room - super close to the downtown riverwalk—a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk. the tour bus "hop on hop off" stop right in front of the hotel. also, there's a grocery store across the street with amazing pizza and craft beer. the front desk staff - especially zach and belinda - really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

A wide selection at the Bright Side Market® saved me when I forgot my snacks. Cheering for the Spurs at the AT & T Center was a blast. The hotel's event space made me feel like a VIP.
Wow, the dirty comforter was a nice touch.

Stayed for a business trip, got a suite with a living area, fantastic short walk to historic downtown, and a very nice breakfast spread.
Rust-covered tubs in both rooms, Netflix didn't work, and got scolded like a criminal for missing a parking pass by an unfriendly staff member. Noisy rooms without double-glazed windows, outdated bathroom lighting and curtains, and limited waffle toppings.

the location was convenient, with an HEB grocery store across the street and just a ten-minute walk to the Riverwalk. the room was nicely decorated and spacious, with a comfortable full-sized sofa bed for our teen child. the breakfast was nice and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. the hotel also had free parking, and the quietness of the place made for a relaxing stay.

I chose La Quinta because it's conveniently located near the historic Alamo, which I was eager to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service, with staff providing signature Here for You service. The daily continental breakfast offered a variety of freshly prepared options, including eggs, sausage, and hot waffles.

Room was clean and spacious, perfect for a family stay. The hotel is conveniently located just a mile away from River Walk and there is a grocery store around the corner which is very convenient. The friendly staff made the check-in process easy and hassle-free.
Breakfast could be improved with more healthy options and environmentally friendly practices, such as using reusable plates and cutlery. Some guests experienced issues with outdated rooms and maintenance problems that were not promptly addressed by the staff, leading to dissatisfaction with their stay.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The spacious rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the historic market square and downtown riverwalk. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying and the nearby supermarket was convenient for additional meal options. we had a great time exploring San Antonio and would definitely choose this hotel again.
The sofabed mattress could have been better quality and the pillows were not very comfortable.

Our stay at the centrally located hotel was pleasant, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The spacious room provided a beautiful view of downtown. The location allowed us to easily walk to popular tourist attractions, making it convenient for our exploration of the area.
